Are you interested in applying for the Leadership Development Programme?

The application process

After registering your details with us, you will need to complete an application form. The form is divided into two sections. Section one will require you to answer three competency based questions and section two will require you to submit a short video (no longer than three minutes).

Both sections must be completed, but section two will only be assessed if your answers to the competency questions meet our recruitment standards. If you are successful in both sections you will be offered a place on the programme. Are you happy to proceed on this basis?
